There is a story in the Hebrew scriptures that almost no one remembers…

One that is strangely absent from Sunday school,
conveniently overlooked in sermons,
and yet more relevant today than ever.
It is the story of Korah and Moses—
the earliest fully-articulated example of what I now call:
﹂The shadow that rises when coherence is born.
﹂The counterfeit that awakens when truth enters the field.
﹂The challenger who mimics authority without carrying its weight.
Korah wasn’t a foreign enemy.
He wasn’t a pagan.
He wasn’t outside the camp.
He was a Levite—
a man with spiritual status,
proximity to power,
